Intersismet was admitted as an Associate Member of the Business Confederation of the CPLP (EC-CPLP), following the decision taken by EC-CPLP’s management board on July 16, 2013.
EC-CPLP, which motto is “Doing business in Portuguese,” is designed to promote good relations between companies within the Portuguese-speaking world, as well as to contribute to the development, growth and functioning of the respective economies in the world economic system.
According to the EC CPLP’s statutes, the only entities which may be admitted as associate members are companies that, due to the relevant services that they have provided to EC-CPLP, have contributed to its dignity or expansion, and Intersismet’s Board of Directors is therefore happy to be accepted as a new member.
As a result of its admission, Intersismet will participate in General Meetings and all the EC-CPLP’s initiatives and events.
Intersismet admission to the EC-CPLP is integrated within the company’s internationalization strategy and will strengthen its presence in the Portuguese-speaking countries.
